KISS is a voluntary neighbourhood assistance scheme using time credits for young and old. It is a fourth, money-free, pension pillar and a supplement to the existing pension models. With a locally sustainable network of neighbourhood assistance, people should be able to live in their familiar surroundings for as long as possible. With this "new voluntary work", civil society, politics and business can work together to make every citizen's pension more secure. Additionally, social and health costs are relieved for all payers, and the status of volunteer work within our society increases. For individuals, organisations, the public sector and caring communities, the software solution provided by KISS documents the hours worked and the added value acquired.
